C-Peptide Reduces Mitochondrial Superoxide Generation by Restoring Complex I Activity in High Glucose-Exposed Renal Microvascular Endothelial Cells

(a) At 24 hours, high glucose resulted in significant mitochondrial membrane hyperpolarization. Subsequently, endothelial mitochondria were depolarized (after 48 hours).
