Phase Characterization of Cucumber Growth: A Chemical Gel Model

Growth of cucumber is complex. After harvest, the cucumbers are immature and ripen gradually during storage. This phenomenon is defined as postharvest ripening. During postharvest, as a result of biological nature, some cucumber species select to ripen part of the whole body, with limited nutrition.
