In each sample, the final concentration of PNIPAAm-SWNT was 380 g/mL. In samples #2, #4, #6, and #8, the final concentration of DNA was 380 g/mL. In samples #3, #4, #7, and #8, the final concentrations of RecA and ATPS were 160 g/mL and 2 mM, respectively.
