NPT1220-312, a TLR2/TLR9 Small Molecule Antagonist, Inhibits Pro-Inflammatory Signaling, Cytokine Release, and NLRP3 Inflammasome Activation

NPT1220-312 blocked: (a) Pam2CSK4- and Pam3CKS4-evoked release of SEAP in human THP1 cells, (b) Pam3CKS4-evoked release of IL-8 in human microglia, and (c) Pam3CKS4-evoked release of SEAP- and ODN1826-evoked release of SEAP in murine RAW-Blue cells.</div>
