Y-axis shows the serum level of Bilirubin (mg/dl) while X-axis represents the number of mice. (c) Histological examination of liver tissues of control group. After treatment with saline and distilled water for two weeks, liver tissues with fixed in 10% formaldehyde, and proceed with H & E staining as described in Section 2.
