Detailed temporal variation of PE for PUS station (above) along with the calculation result of moving standard deviation (MOVSTD, ) against the PE values (below). The vertical red lines A and B show the first eruption onset (26 October 10 : 02 UTC) and the most massive eruption (4 November 17 : 01 UTC). The PE values tended to increase towards the first eruption onset on 26 October. The increase was confirmed by the results of moving standard deviation calculations.
