Investigation of sweep/scan rate for differential pulse delivery, 50μg/L Ba, 0.02 M KCl electrolyte with 5 mg/L Hg (0.0015M HNO3), = 60 sec, dp= -2500 mV. The dotted line indicates the optimum rate for Ba. Although 50 mV/s produced higher peaks, they were poorly resolved compared with peaks generated at 100 mV/s due to higher noise in the baseline.
