Effect of Dulaglutide on C2C12 cells treated with high glucose concentrations. (a) C2C12 cells were induced to differentiate and treated with 100 nM dulaglutide and 11 mM glucose for 24 h. RNA was extracted from these C2C12 cells, and the expression levels of MyHC4, MyHC4, and FNDC5 were detected. (b) Proteins were extracted from C2C12 cells, and the WB assay was performed for FNDC5.  < 0.05, comparison of CON between the glucose group and control group; # < 0.05, ## < 0.01, #comparison between the dulaglutide treated.
