The Inhibitory Effect of Alisol A 24-Acetate from Alisma canaliculatum on Osteoclastogenesis

Alisol A 24-acetate inhibits RANKL-induced NFATc1 expression. BMMs were pretreated with alisol A 24-acetate (10 μM) for 1 h and then stimulated with RANKL (10 ng/mL) for the indicated time. Cell lysates were resolved by SDS-PAGE, and western blotting was performed with anti-NFATc1 and anti-actin antibodies as indicated.
