The Inhibitory Effect of Alisol A 24-Acetate from Alisma canaliculatum on Osteoclastogenesis

Alisol A 24-acetate decreased NFATc1 transcriptional expression by RANKL stimulation. BMMs were pretreated with vehicle (DMSO) or alisol A 24-acetate (10 μM) for 30 minutes and then stimulated with RANKL (10 ng/mL) for the indicated number of days. Expressed mRNA levels were analyzed by real-time PCR compared with the vehicle control. ; ().
