Evaporative light scattering profile of LW on anion-exchanged chromatography. The major components in each peak 2–21 were identified as oligomers with the following molecular formulas by MALDI-TOF MS: (1) not identified; (2) Rha2GalA2Gal4Ara; (3) Rha2GalA2Gal4; (4) Rha2GalA2Gal3, Rha2GalA2Gal2; (5) Rha2GalA2Gal2; (6) Rha2GalA2GalAra; (7) Rha2GalA2Gal; (8) Rha2GalA2; (9) Rha3GalA2Gal2, Rha3GalA3Gal2, Rha2GalA3GalAra; (10) Rha3GalA3Gal, Rha3GalA3GalAra; (11) Rha3GalA3Gal, Rha3GalA3, Rha3GalA2AcetylGalAGal; (12) Rha3GalA3, Rha3GalA2AcetylGalAGal, Rha3GalAAcetylGalA2; (13) Rha3GalA2AcetylGalA, Rha3GalA3, Rha4GalA3AcetylGalA, Rha4GalA4; (14) Rha2GalA3, Rha4GalA3AcetylGalA; (15) Rha4GalA3AcetylGalA, Rha2GalA3; (16) Rha4GalA3AcetylGalA, Rha4GalA2AcetylGalA2, Rha2GalA3; (17) Rha3GalA4, Rha2AcetylGalA4; (18) Rha2AcetylGalA4, Rha3GalA4, Rha2GalA4MethylGalA; (19) Rha2GalA4MethylGalA; (20) GalA2; (21) GalA3. The order of fragments in each peak is given according to their intensity in the MALDI-TOF MS spectrum.
