(b) Immunofluorescence staining for germline markers (Oct4, Vasa, Dazl, Blimp1, Stella, and Fragilis) in fGSCs (after 2 passages) in MEF-coated plates. Cells were counterstained with 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI, blue) to visualize the nucleus.
