Measured Effects of Wnt3a on Proliferation of HEK293T Cells Depend on the Applied Assay

<div>Western blot analysis of HEK293T cells treated with 0–200 ng/mL Wnt3a for 24, 48, or 72 h. <i>β</i>-catenin slightly increased 24 hours after treatment. <i>β</i>-actin antibody was used as loading control. For quantification, the protein levels were normalized to the level of <i>β</i>-actin and the untreated control was set to 1.</div>
