Nec-1 improves neurological outcome after ICH. Mice were administered Nec-1 or Nec-1_inactive at the time of collagenase-induced ICH. Neurological outcomes were assessed at 24 h, 48 h, or 72 h following sham or ICH. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM (𝑛=10/group) and were analyzed using a repeated measures ANOVA followed by Bonferroni’s post hoc test (^∗𝑃<0.05, ^∗∗𝑃<0.01, ^∗∗∗𝑃<0.001).
