Necrostatin-1 Reduces Neurovascular Injury after Intracerebral Hemorrhage

<table>Effect of Nec-1 on ICH-induced reactive gliosis. Reactive astrogliosis was visualized by (a) Western blotting or (b) immunohistochemistry for glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) at 72 h after ICH. GFAP immunoreactivity was increased and exhibited a characteristic stellate morphology after ICH.
