(d) shows the boundary of a slice created from the ground truth data. For comparison, this boundary is also shown in the corresponding slices of the uncorrected (a), corrected (c), and surface data (b). It can be observed that the edges on the right side of the surface data are not perfectly aligned with the ground truth. This results from inaccuracies in the cross-calibration.
