The concordance correlation coefficient between the estimated and true values of the time courses as a function of noise in the tissue curves for a single set of PET kinetic parameters. If the 𝐶_𝑡 error is less than 10 times the square root of activity level, then the CCC is greater than 0.75. Once 𝐶_𝑡 error is greater than this, the ability to faithfully reconstruct the time courses is substantially reduced.
