Fast MCI progressors (cluster 9 in Figure 2) compared with stable MCI subjects (cluster 21 in Figure 2). The -tests manifest bidirectional differences. The faster MCI progressors show more atrophy in the medial temporal lobe and especially in the cerebellum, while the stable MCI subjects manifest more atrophy in the frontal cortex, albeit in a scattered manner. Coronal and transverse views are shown in supplementary results (Figures 8 b and 8 c). The FDR value is 0.0510.
