Factors Affecting Isoflavone Content in Soybean Seeds Grown in Thailand

Isoflavone content in sound seeds of Chiangmai 60 soybean variety grown in dry season crop year 2010 and obtained from 4 agricultural research centers in Thailand. The soybean samples from each site were from different lots. Each lot was extracted and assayed in triplicate. compared to Chiang Mai province. compared to Loei province. compared to Phitsanulok province. Bars and error bars represent mean standard deviation. 1Isoflavone content was the summation of daidzin and genistin contents.
