Factors Affecting Isoflavone Content in Soybean Seeds Grown in Thailand

Isoflavone content in sound seeds of Chiangmai 60 soybean variety grown in dry season crop year 2010 and obtained from 4 agricultural research centers in Thailand. The soybean samples from each site were from different lots. Each lot was extracted and assayed in triplicate. ^∗𝑃<0.05 compared to Chiang Mai province. ^†𝑃<0.05 compared to Loei province. ^‡𝑃<0.05 compared to Phitsanulok province. Bars and error bars represent mean ± standard deviation. ¹Isoflavone content was the summation of daidzin and genistin contents.
