Engineered cell-membrane-coated nanoparticles for direct antigen presentation: (a) wild-type cancer cells are induced the generation of CD80 to present the antigens. Then, the membrane is collected for the encapsulation of polymeric nanoparticle cores and (b) the antigen-presenting nanoparticles (AP-NPs) can directly stimulate tumor antigen-specific T cells and further kill the same tumors [35].
