The PLA₂ activity in different preparations of Aedes albopictus and Culex quinquefasciatus larvae. 10 μg/μl of protein concentration was reacted with 10 μg/μl of substrate concentration. Each histogram bar shows the mean ± SEM of triplicates from a single experiment representative of at least two experiments.
