The Total Flavonoid Extract from <i>Glycyrrhiza inflat</i> Bat. Suppresses Atrophic Gastritis in Rats through the Akt/MAPK Pathway

<div>TFE protects against AG. (a) Pathologic changes of the gastric mucosa. AG rats were treated with vitacoenzyme (0.35 g/kg/day i.g.) or TFE (0.15 g/kg/day i.g. or 0.6 g/kg/day i.g.) for 30 days. Gastric tissues were fixed, sectioned, and detected by hematoxylin-eosin (H-E) staining (original magnification: 100×). (b) The statistical analysis of the thickness of lamina propria of rat gastric mucosa in body and pylorus. (c) The statistical analysis of the thickness of muscularis mucosae of rat gastric mucosa in body and pylorus.
