WZ4003 suppresses AMPK phosphorylation. 3T3-L1 adipocytes were pretreated with medium or WZ4003 (100 nM) for 3 hours and then subjected to the phosphorylation assay. The treatment of different concentrations of DBT₁₁₅₅ decoctions was as in Figure 2. Phospho-AMPK (P-AMPK, ~ 60 kDa) and total AMPK (T-AMPK, ~ 60 kDa) were revealed by using specific antibodies (upper panel).
