HIPER modulated NOX4 and SOD1 mRNA levels in TNF-α-activated HCAECs. HCAECs were treated with HIPER at concentrations of 6.25, 12.5, 25, and 50 μL/mL for 3 h, before activation with 1 ng/mL TNF-α for 1 h.
