Skin temperature differences depending on TrPs codiagnosis and IRT procedure. DN provoked a statistically significant increase of (, ) (both ) in the thigh and calf in the area of the expected vasomotor reactions (TrPs-positive subjects). On the contrary, among TrPs-negative subjects, a decrease in the calf and foot was confirmed. However, an insignificant thigh increase was present (without vasodilatation on a gray thermogram).
