Detection of cytotoxic ability of splenic Nature Killer (NK) cells by measuring the percentage of dead Yac-1 cell line. Splenocyte samples were taken from experimental B6 mice. The mononuclear cell fraction was obtained from each sample. Each value represents the mean ± SD from ten independent experiments.
