Effect of GTE on cell cycle distribution in HER2-overexpressing cancer cells. (a) SKOV-3 cells were treated with vehicle control (0.5% methanol) or various concentrations of GTE (0, 0.25, and 0.5 mg/mL) for 24 h. Cell cycle distribution was analyzed by flow cytometry as described in Section 2. The parental SKOV-3 cells were not treated with vehicle (0.5% methanol) or GTE. (b) SKOV-3 cells were treated with various concentrations of GTE (0, 0.25, and 0.5 mg/mL) for 16 h and 24 h. The expression of G1 phase regulators was determined by Western blotting as described in Section 2. (c) A histogram showing the relative protein levels from (b).
