Effect of CVL and thymol on in vitro leukocyte chemotaxis. Leukocytes were obtained from zymosan-induced peritonitis (200 𝜇g/cavity) and stimulated with fMLP (10⁻⁶) or LTB₄ (10⁻⁸) after 30 min of CVL (a, b) or thymol (c, d) treatments at doses of 0.3, 1, 3, 10, 30 and 90 𝜇g/mL. Values are mean ± SEM (𝑛=5) and are representative of three independent experiments. *𝑃<0.05 versus Vh (vehicle), ^#𝑃<0.05 versus group of leukocytes stimulated with fMLP or LTB₄.
