The Efficacy of Dandelion Root Extract in Inducing Apoptosis in Drug-Resistant Human Melanoma Cells

<table>Reduction in Bcl-2 levels after treatment over time with DRE. A375 cells were treated with 2.5 mg/mL DRE for 15 and 45 minutes. Equal amounts of protein (20 <i>μ</i>g) were separate using SDS-PAGE. Western blotting with anti-Bcl-2 antibody assessed Bcl-2 levels. Equal protein loading was confirmed by <i>β</i>-actin immunoblotting.</table>
