Description of the support device used. This support was previously used by many research teams [2, 4, 6, 8, 9]. It is a plastic ring made with Plexiglas with an outer diameter of 35 mm and an inner diameter of 25 mm. Its height is 5 mm. Eight channels of 2.5 mm of height (depicted in lighter greys) were carved in the plastic (4 in the upper face, 4 in the lower face) at an equal distance.
