Aldolase A Promotes Colorectal Cancer Progression through Targeting COPS6 and Regulating MAPK Signaling Pathway

<div>Knockdown ALDOA inhibited proliferation and metastasis of CRC cells <i>in vitro</i>. (a, b) The qRT-PCR and western blotting analyses were used to test the knockdown efficiency of ALDOA. (c) Knockdown of ALDOA suppressed proliferation activity of SW480 and DLD1 cells using CCK-8 assays. (d) EdU assays showed that CRC cell proliferation was inhibited by knockdown ALDOA.
