Evaluation of Prognostic and Predictive Significance of Circulating MicroRNAs in Ovarian Cancer Patients

The levels of 6 identified microRNAs were investigated for association with survival irrespective of treatment group, in the discovery set and in the validation set. False discovery rate (FDR) is shown in the discovery set, and the values from Student’s -test are applied in the validation set. The prognostic value of the six microRNAs was also tested in all the histology types combined, in addition to high-grade serous samples separately. NA = not applicable and NS = not significant.
