A Case of GATA3 Positive Pleomorphic Liposarcoma, Epithelioid Variant: A Diagnostic Pitfall

Tumor cells exhibit round to oval nuclei with a relatively distinct nucleolus and abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm. These histological features are reminiscent of poorly differentiated carcinoma.
