(1) CT scanA large heterogeneous mass with solid as well as cystic features originating from the body and tail of the pancreas. Calcifications.
(2) Gross examinationAn encapsulated large mass occupying the tail of the pancreas with solid components, focal necrosis, calcifications, and cysts filled with bloody fluid.
(3) Microscopic pictureSolid and pseudopapillary pattern noted along with degeneration and dystrophic calcification.
(4) ImmunohistochemistryPositive: beta-catenin, CAM 5.2, and progesterone receptor (PR)
