Dysgerminoma Masquerading as Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasia

The third arrow indicates the initiation of 4 doses of actinomycin-D that occurred every 2 weeks. The fourth arrow indicates one additional dose of actinomycin-D given just prior to hysterectomy with left oophorectomy. <i>β</i>-hCG has remained 0 since surgery.</div>
