Bacterial colony composition is clustered according to the relative abundance of species at phylum and genus levels in the heat maps ((c, d): rows represent species, columns represent sample groups, and gradient colors from blue to red represent variations in abundance from low to high. The heat map was converted by z values, so boxes can only be compared horizontally). The phylum and genus levels were analyzed for differences; the abscissa in the figure represents the different species (ranging from left to right according to the abundance), and the ordinate represents the relative abundance (e, f).
