Cop effects on nitric oxide production in the presence of LPS. The supernatants were collected 24 h after adherent cells had been prestimulated with LPS (0.4 μg/mL). Cop (30, 60, and 120 μg/mL) was added 2 h after LPS stimulation. The amount of NO present in the supernatant was determined by Griess reaction. The results are expressed as mean ± SEM of two independent experiments. compared to LPS alone.
