The fluorescence microphotographs of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) level in B16F10 melanoma cells treated with raspberry ketone (RK). After being treated with 1.0 mM RK, 20.0 μM 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescin diacetate (DCFDA), and 4.0 μM Hoechst33342 for 30 min, B16F10 cells were observed with a fluorescence microscope. DCFDA and Hoechst33342 were able to show ROS level and the nuclei of the cells, respectively. Scale bar, 100 μm.
