Biological Activity of Blackcurrant Extracts (Ribes nigrum L.) in Relation to Erythrocyte Membranes

Values of IC50 for BCL and BCF extracts, and Trolox that inhibit erythrocyte membrane lipids oxidation by 50%, determined with the fluorimetric method. The oxidation was induced with UVC radiation and the AAPH compound.
