The long-term effect of raw (BE), gastrointestinally digested (GD), and gastrointestinally absorbed (GDA) extracts from breads supplemented with broccoli sprouts on the morphology (a), cytoskeleton architecture (b), and motility ((c), (d)) of AGS cells.
