Results are expressed as mean ± S.E.M (𝑛=6). ^a𝑃≤0.05, statistical significance with respect to control was calculated by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s test. Isotonic saline solution was used as the control and ibuprofen as the reference treatment.
