Results are expressed as mean ± S.E.M ( 𝑛 = 6 ). a 𝑃 0 . 0 5 , statistical significance with respect to control was calculated by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s test. Isotonic saline solution was used as the control and ibuprofen as the reference treatment.
