F3 is the forward external primer, B3 is the backward external primer, FIP is the forward inner primer, BIP is the backward inner primer, LF is the loop forward primer, LB is the loop backward primer, B1c is the complementary sequence of B1, and F1c is the complementary sequence of F1. The inner primers FIP and BIP with both sense and antisense sequences allow the formation of a loop.
