In vitro and in vivo relative β-defensin mRNA expression quantified by real-time PCR analysis in the human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells (a), human kidney 293T (b), mouse neuroblastoma (in vitro), and BLAB/C mice (in vivo) (c). Dose: 1 μg/μL dCas9 plasmid and 1 μg/μL sgRNA plasmid were complexed with G4 (Phe)_50%-DET/plasmid at N/P of 8 and Lipo2000 at N/P of 2.
