Representation of DAPI staining. (a–d) represents Control, 15 µg/ml, 30 µg/ml and 60 µg/ml respectively. DAPI staining colour intensity was high in treated groups as dose dependent manner indicates the increasing count of damaged cells, whereas control showed very less staining indicates healthy cells. (White arrow indicates condensed nuclei, cell blubbing and ruptured cells).
