National emissions under Intended Nationally Determined Contribution (INDC) scenarios for unconditional pledges in 2030. The emission target data of each country are calculated based on national INDCs in this study (see Section 2.1 and Supplementary Table S1). Emission level for each country is expressed as a percentage of total global emissions in 2030. The member states of European Union (EU) are shown as a whole as their emission target is submitted for the whole region.
