Inhalation exposure of wild-type C57BL/6 (WT) and ApoE knock out male mice to arc-spark generated Ni-NP (≤40 nm; 5 h/wk for 6 wks) resulted in detectable levels of IgG against neurotypic (NF) and gliotypic (GFAP and MBP) proteins.
