Advanced Theoretical and Applied Studies of Fractional Differential Equations 2013
Description
The fractional calculus (fractional derivatives and fractional integrals) has been recognized as an effective modeling methodology for researchers. Based on the wide applications in engineering and sciences such as physics, mechanics, chemistry, and biology, research on fractional ordinary or partial differential equations and other relative topics is active and extensive around the world. In the past few years, the increase of the subject is witnessed by hundreds of research papers, several monographs, and many international conferences.
This special issue will deal with the focused topic with high current interest falling within the scope of Abstract and Applied Analysis Journal and attract many articles of the highest quality.
The objective of this special issue is to highlight the importance of fractional operators and their applications and let the readers of this journal know about the possibilities of this new tool. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
- Mathematical analysis of fractional theoretical models
- Applications of fractional operators, including fractional models
- Controllability of fractional systems of differential equations or numerical methods applied to the solutions of fractional differential equations applications in physics, mechanics, and so forth
The audience of this special issue consists of mathematicians, physicists, engineers, chemist, biologists, economists, researchers, academics, and graduate students in fractional dynamics and its applications, theoretical and mathematical physics, and related disciplines.
Before submission authors should carefully read over the journal’s Author Guidelines, which are located at http://www.hindawi.com/journals/aaa/guidelines/. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal Manuscript Tracking System at http://mts.hindawi.com/submit/journals/aaa/atas13/ according to the following timetable:
