Generalized Differential and Integral Equations
Description
The last few years have witnessed an increasing interest on different types of differential and integral equations as mathematical models for real life situations. Besides the classical examples of impulsive equations or equations with deviating arguments, many other types of revisions of the classical concepts of differential or integral equations are being intensively studied: set-valued equations, stochastic equations, fractional equations, fuzzy equations, and many more. On the other hand, the basic analysis of differential and integral equations, even in their classical forms, is still being developed for discontinuous or singular equations.
This special issue aims to gather significant and up-to-date contributions to the theory and applications of generalized types of differential and integral equations and equations under weak assumptions. Papers based on fixed point theorems or theory of functions applied to these equations are especially welcome. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
- Generalized differential and integral equations (such as differential inclusions, stochastic equations, and fractional equations, but not restricted to these three)
- Discontinuous or singular equations
- Fixed-point theorems with applications to differential equations
- Generalized integration with applications to differential equations
